2. Information involved when you use RicBall
- Gameplay and profile: your chosen player nickname, game progress, scores, levels, coins, energy, purchased or unlocked cosmetic items, and related game events may be stored on your device and, where cloud features are used, through Unity services.
- Online play: matchmaking and multiplayer sessions may involve session/player identifiers, connectivity details, match events, and technical network information required to connect players.
- Advertising: rewarded advertising may involve device identifiers, advertising identifiers (where permitted), ad interactions, IP-derived approximate location, and consent preferences, processed by Google AdMob and its partners according to applicable settings.
- Purchases: Google Play processes payments. RicBall may receive product identifiers, transaction details, receipts or purchase tokens needed to deliver virtual items and prevent duplicate fulfillment. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Support: if you contact us, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to share.
- Website: when visiting this static website, our hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs. The language toggle stores your language preference locally in your browser.
3. Why this information is used
To run the game and its progression, enable multiplayer features, deliver optional ads and purchases, protect against duplicate rewards or abuse, resolve technical issues, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Depending on which features you use, relevant providers include Google (Google Play Billing and AdMob), Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services such as Relay, multiplayer services and cloud features), and Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding). They process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Their practices may vary by region, SDK configuration and your consent choices.
5. Choices, retention and deletion
Optional rewarded ads are initiated by your choice; if ad privacy options are available in your region, you can revisit them in game settings. Local progress is stored on your device and can be affected by clearing app data or uninstalling. Cloud-associated gameplay data and support correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operating the service, handling requests, security and applicable legal requirements. Purchase and financial records may need to be retained for legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of eligible data, email [email protected] with your player identifier if available. We may need enough information to identify the relevant account or record before acting.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational precautions. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable protections.
7. Children and updates
If you believe a child has provided personal data requiring action, contact us. We may revise this policy when game features or service providers change; the date at the top will be updated.
